Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team and help provide outstanding morning dining experiences. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking breakfast items, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and supporting a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Responsibilities:
– Cook and assemble full meals and individual food items according to menu specifications.
– Maintain a tidy and sanitary kitchen environment throughout all shifts.
– Instruct and mentor kitchen staff in proper food prep methods, cooking techniques, and hygiene practices.
– Oversee the performance of kitchen staff, offering support and ensuring productivity.
– Ensure all cooking and food service areas meet cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
– Monitor and document inventory of food items, kitchen tools, and supplies.
– Order necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment to maintain steady operations.
– Manage and coordinate all aspects of kitchen activities to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Starting date: As soon as possible
