Y3 CONVENIENCE STORE in Grande Prairie, Alberta is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor.

Duties Includes:
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised
• Opening and closing the store and signing for deliveries.

Wages and Benefits: Wages $35.40 per hourly, for 40 hours per week. Vision, Dental and Health Benefits.

Work Experience: Must have at least 1 year of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson and in cashiering is usually required. Have a strong command in English language both in oral and written communication.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
