Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Position Available: 2
Wage: $20 per hour
Work Condition: 30-40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Vacation: 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 895 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V8

Job Duties:
– Oversee and supervise daily operations of the restaurant
– Manage, schedule, assign, train and evaluate assigned restaurant staff
– Ensure that food and service quality meets quality control standards, enforcing sanitation and safety standards in service areas
– Resolve customer’s complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of inventory, repairs, sales, and wastage
– Prepare budgets and provide cost estimates
– Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or customer service OR completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management
– Language: English is required
– Education: Completion of Secondary School
– Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
