Job duties
1. Develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan aligned with business objectives
2. Present digital marketing strategies and recommendations
3. Manage day-to-day campaigns across social media, search engines, emails, and websites.
4. Design creative contents consistent with existing marketing materials
5. Assist with content maintenance and product catalogue uploads
6. Increase user engagement through effective digital marketing strategies
7. Enhance conversion rates through optimization of marketing channels
8. Enhance brand visibility and awareness across target demographics and markets
9. Track and report on the performance of promotional campaigns and initiatives
10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives
11. Analyze our businesses to identify digital marketing opportunities to meet our business objectives.
12. Coordinate with influencers to create high-quality content that align with brand images; develop and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations with influencers to drive traffic and sales.

Education level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required skills: 1. knowledge in Digital Marketing and Social Media, Market Research and Analysis, Brand Management and Communication; 2. demonstrated practical experience of a minimum of 3 years of in a related role; 3. proficiency in reading and writing Chinese language is an asset; 4. experience using and managing RED and Douyin is preferred；5. project management
