Job Duties:
• Recruit, interview, and hire bar staff, including bartenders and servers
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
• Maintain inventory levels by ordering liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and other bar supplies from vendors.
• Set drink prices and create promotions or specials to attract customers and increase sales.
• Ensure all customers receive excellent service, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Organize and promote events, such as themed nights, live music, or private parties, to attract and retain customers.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for patrons
• Oversee the maintenance of bar equipment and facilities, ensuring everything is in good working order.
• Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, expenses, and other operational data.
• Collaborate with bartenders to create and update the drink menu, incorporating popular trends and customer preferences.
• Implement and enforce health and safety policies, including cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
