Job Title: Agile Software Engineer

Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week
Salary: $126,000

*Job Duties*
– Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Agile methodologies.
– Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
– Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
– Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
– Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
– Continuously improve software quality through testing, refactoring, and performance optimization.

*Job Requirement*
Education: Completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field OR completion of a college program in computer science is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 years of experience in software development is required.
