We seek a student residence cleaner to maintain and clean four student residences.

Job Description:
• 1 Vacancy
• Job type: Permanent, Full time
• 30 hours/week
• Salary: $ 20 / hour
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Work location: 83 Marmora St, Trenton, ON K8V 2J2
• Benefit: Vacation of 10 Business days per year
Job Responsibilities:
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Clean residence spaces after students vacate rooms
• Sweep and mop floors
• Take out and properly dispose of garbage
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Change bedding on a regular basis
• Clean windows on a regular basis
• Monitor and report any repairs or required replacements
• Other duties assigned
