Job Duties/Requirements: Must be able to supervise 3-10 people, willing to complete a criminal record check, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, be able to handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs. Must have excellent written and oral communication, effective interpersonal skills, be flexible, reliable, organized, be accurate in your work, take initiative, be able to execute good judgment, be a team player, and have a client focus. Must be well versed in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint. Duties of the job are as follows; establish work schedules and procedures, co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, prepare and submit reports, ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arrange for maintenance and repair work, resolve work related problems, train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, co-ordinate, assign and review work, plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
