1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

2. Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Team player

3. Job Details

• Location: 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, BC – YVR airport
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent (35 hours/week)
• Start date: ASAP
• Wage: $ 20.10 per hour
