Three Peaks Banff is a large historic property, nestled minutes away from downtown Banff. Our unique and spacious Lodge has been newly renovated and is the perfect location for families, teams, or groups. We are currently looking to fill the Managing Supervisor position, which oversees the daily operations of Lodge.

job duties:
• Oversight of the daily operations of the Lodge
• Managing check-ins and check-outs at the Lodge and being on call for customer service
• Coordinate, assign, and review the work of the Lodge’s employees
• Establish work schedules and daily procedures
• Resolve work-related problems and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and policies
• Order supplies and materials
• Ensure proper operation of reservation systems and equipment
• Arrange for maintenance and major repair work
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised
ability to supervise: 1-2 people
terms of employment: permanent full-time; 40 hours per week

wage: salary of $1,000 per week ($25 per hour – based on the average of 40h per week)

• work experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accommodation/Hospitality Industry, including housekeeping experience and staff supervision
