Now Hiring: Restaurant and Food Service Manager

This is a Full-Time, Salaried Position

$45,000 Annual Salary plus gratuities (approx. $8000 additional annually)

Job Overview:
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant on a daily basis.
-Work with the Management Team to determine and implement operational procedures.
-Recruit and interview staff as well as set staff work schedules.
-Oversee staff training and monitor staff performance.
-Control inventory and monitor revenues
-Resolve customer complaints and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
-Work with clients to take and arrange reservations and group business

Job Requirements:
-Successful candidates must be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
-Successful candidates must be willing to relocate to Calgary, Alberta.
-Completion of a college or other program related to Hospitality or Food and Beverage Service Management is required. Several years’ experience in the food service sector, with applicable supervisory experience is required and may be accepted in lieu of a college program based on the candidates’ specific experiences.
-Responsible Beverage Service certificate is required.
