Job Description

-Prepare and Cook full course meals
-Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
-Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Work with minimal supervision
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Clean kitchen and work area
-Wash dishes (as required)
– Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Required languages: English

Education level: High School

Required skills: 3 years of previous cooking experience

Additional skills / Assets: -Specialized culinary training is an asset -Food Safety certification is an asset
