to continuously improve the hotel
Develop, review and refine housekeeping policies and Standard Operating Procedures
(SoPs)
Prepare hotel rooms for guests ensuring beds, baths, and room systems are in top
condition
Monitor and freshen rooms while guests are living with us
Clean and organize hotel common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, garbage
collection, and recycling
Communicate about early check-ins and late check-outs as well as room closures and
maintenance requirements
Laundry duties, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing linen and towels, as
well as managing linen inventory
Order and track a stock of cleaning supplies, equipment and linens
