Job Description :
Motel Night Auditors are responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. They check in guests arriving at night, handle guest requests, take reservations and receive payment for services.

Job Duties:
Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner according to Super 8’s standards

Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily and present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment

Anticipate and address guest’s service needs as well as handling guests’ complaints or concerns and resolving their issue in a timely manner

Make reservations over the phone and in person and ensure all aspects of the room reservation procedure are followed, including bookings, confirmations and cancellation policies

Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments

Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift and ensuring all floats balance correctly at the end of shift

Comply with Super 8 Policies, Procedures and Code of Ethics

Keep work area neat and tidy and manage nightly motel operations and

Verify revenue from all sources is accurately balanced, follow up on any discrepancies and post any transactions needed.
