Housekeeping Attendant

Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant:(NOC: 6731)

Location: 1394 King Ave, Bathurst, NB E2A 1S8
Wage: 11.75HOUR hourly for 35 to 37.5 hours per week
Vacancy: 6 vacancies

Terms of employment: Term or contract- 1 year / full time

Duties:
• Changing linens on residents’ beds.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, washing mirrors and replenishing washroom supplies.
• Floor cleaning, which includes sweeping and mopping, as well as occasional buffing.
• Emptying trashcans and cleaning air vents.
• Clean furnishings and horizontal surfaces to remove dust and dirt.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Stock linen closet
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Make beds and change sheets
• Provide basic information on facilities
