Salary: 26.92 to 27.50 hourly (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment / Full time 30 to 40 hours per week
Starts: as soon as possible

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Job Requirements:
Tasks
– Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
– Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine – work requirements
– Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
– Prepare tenders and quotations
– Prepare and install hardwood floors
– Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
– Conduct moisture, ph, temperature and other tests prior to flooring installations
– Estimate costs and materials
– Prepare floors for installations
– Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
– Perform direct glue-down carpet installations
– Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

Experience and specialization
Installation specialization:
– Hardwood strip flooring
– Hardwood intricate patterns flooring
