1. Job Description
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food meets quality control standards
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres

2. Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player

• Employer: Skyway Brands Ventures – Tim Hortons
• Location: 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, BC – YVR -Vancouver International Airport (Domestic or International Terminal)
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent (30~40 hours/w)
• Start date: ASAP
• Wage: $ 21.00~22.00 per hour
