Job Description

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food meets quality control standards
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres

Requirements
* Completion of secondary school
* 1-2 years of relevant work experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (English proficiency)
* Superior organizational skills
* Able to work flexible days and hours (including afternoons, overnights, weekends & early mornings)
