JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Chief Executive Officer at Saqqara Homecare Ltd., you will lead our organization, which specializes in high-quality commercial cleaning and biohazard remediation services. Your primary responsibilities will include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating operations through our team of middle managers, ensuring alignment with our established objectives. JOB DUTIES
The duties of the Chief Executive Officer at Saqqara Homecare Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
• Set and communicate the company’s vision, ensuring alignment with goals in commercial cleaning, biohazard decontamination, and specialized cleaning services.
• Oversee key departments, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service delivery across all cleaning categories.
• Allocate resources effectively, maintain financial controls, and approve initiatives that drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Hire and mentor senior staff, fostering a culture focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
• Ensure coordination of operations, maintaining high standards for specialized cleaning tasks in diverse environments.
• Act as the company’s representative in negotiations, partnerships, and public engagements.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or related discipline is required.
• Three years to less than five years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services are required.
