We are currently hiring an Assistant Executive Director to join our team.

Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week (to be negotiated)
Wage: $96.15 to 98.00 per hour (to be negotiated); The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and 44 hours per week, with an overtime pay of 1.5x the regular pay rate

Job Duties:
– Supervise day-to-day activities across various departments to maintain efficiency and productivity
– Oversee the planning and execution of special initiatives or projects as assigned by the Executive Director
– Assist in preparing and managing the organization’s annual budget and financial plans
– Foster a positive work environment and uphold the organization’s values and mission
– Address employee and stakeholder concerns professionally and efficiently
– Allocate resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational policies and programs effectively
– Approve and oversee the creation of key departments and the appointment of senior staff roles
– Define organizational objectives and develop or endorse related policies and programs
– Act as the organization’s representative, or assign delegates, for negotiations and official functions
– Plan and manage events
– Perform employee performance evaluations

– Bachelor’s degree
