Compensation: $42.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 30~40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Benefits: 4% vacation pay remuneration. Extended health benefits provided after 3 months of probation period.

Job Duties
– Overseeing the day-to-day operations of carpenters, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to specifications. Create schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary.
– Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary materials is crucial to keeping projects running smoothly.
– Assess project requirements, estimate material quantities, and place orders in a timely manner to avoid delays.
– Involve troubleshooting technical problems, mediating conflicts between workers, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
– Involve providing on-the-job training, organizing workshops or seminars, or arranging for certification programs to enhance your workers’ capabilities.
– Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and provide necessary safety equipment and training to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a qualified carpenter and supervising experience in related industry is required.
