Job Description:
– Position: Sushi Chef
– Employer: Restaurant Big Bowl Ltd. dba Restaurant Big Bowl
– Work Location: 331 Elmwood Dr, Moncton, NB E1A 7Y1
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $24.50 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Plan and direct sushi preparation and cooking activities
– Create and invent new sushi recipe
– Ensure food meets quality standards
– Estimate food cost and labour cost of restaurant
– Recruit and manage staff
– Supervise all activities occurring in the kitchen and sushi bar
– Arrange for kitchen equipment purchases and repairs

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in cooking industry or equivalent credentials or education is required.
