. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
. Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
. Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
. Train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
. Inspect company equipment regularly to ensure the maintenance
. Finish mail orders and returns and update mailing lists through manager and staff logs supervision through maintaining uniform standards
. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure Accounting received accurate paperwork and
handle merchandise pulls
