RAWHIDES BISTRO & SALOON INC. is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor position.

Duties Includes:

 Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
 Prepare food order summaries for cooks from customers
 Establish methods to meet work schedules
 Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
 Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
 Supervise and check assembly of regular and special diet trays for customer
 Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
 Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment

Work Condition and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks and attention to detail.

Wages and Benefits: Wages $ 32.40 per hourly, for 40 hours per week. $ 700 bonus allowance per year for health care spending.

Work Experience: Must have at least several years of experience in food preparation and service is required, with a strong command in English language both written and oral communication.

Education: Completion of secondary school education is required.
