RAWHIDES BISTRO & SALOON INC. is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Line Cooks position.

Duties Includes:
• Prepare and cook full course meals, prepare and cook individual dishes and food
• Inspect kitchens and food service area
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Work Condition and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks and attention to detail.

Wages and Benefits: Wages $ 32.40 per hourly, for 40 hours per week. $ 700 bonus allowance per year for health care spending.

Work Experience:
• Must have at least almost 1 year of experience in commercial cooking.
• Trade certification is available, but voluntary, in Saskatchewan
• Red Seal endorsement is also available to qualified cooks upon successful completion of the interprovincial Red Seal examination.
• Have a strong command in English language both written and oral communication.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
