Overview:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Assistant to support our educators and help create a safe, nurturing environment for young children. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supervising playtime, and promoting children’s development. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and passionate about working with children.

Responsibilities:
– Support early childhood educators in organizing activities that encourage children’s physical, mental, emotional, and social development.
– Engage children in creative activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafting.
– Prepare and serve snacks while arranging spaces for meals and rest time.
– Assist children with eating, dressing, and bathroom routines.
– Ensure daycare equipment is in good condition and help with general housekeeping and meal preparation.
– Observe children’s behavior and report findings to educators or supervisors.
– Help educators and supervisors with maintaining records and documentation.
– Take part in staff meetings to discuss children’s development and address any issues.
