Job Description

Perhar Family located in Newton area of Surrey BC is looking to hire a Childcare provider (Nanny) to help them in taking care of their 3 year old child at their home/residence. It is a full time permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. Pay per hour will be $18.00 which will be paid twice a month. Candidate is required to have at least high school education. There is no requirement of previous experience but relevant experience is always an asset. We are looking for a polite and empathetic provider. Provider is required to provide care at Child’s residence for at least 6 hours a day for 5 days a week as both the parents are working individuals who work full time from Monday-Friday.
Following is the major set of duties required to be performed but not limited to:

Change diapers
Follow parents’ lead with toilet training
Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Bathe, dress and feed the child.
Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development
Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Supervise and care for child.
Take child to and from school and to appointments
Tend to emotional well-being of child.
