Perfection Floor installations Inc is looking for three (3) Full-Time Floor Installers (NOC 73113)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $26.86/hour to start.
Job Description:
• Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
• Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding
• Measure, cut and install carpeting using seaming iron
• Stretch carpeting using knee-kicker or power stretcher and secure carpeting to floor
• Measure, cut and install resilient floor covering using adhesive, rollers, and other hand tools
• Install hardwood floors, such as strip floors, plank floors, using glue, staples, nails, or other means
• Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the trade (or related)
• Must be able to install hardwood and laminate or vinyl or carpet
• Language in the workplace is English
Job Location:
Perfection Floor installations Inc – Will be assigned to different job sites in the Kelowna area. Warehouse address #2 – 3312 Appaloosa Road, Kelowna, BC V1V 2W5
