Paramount Exteriors Ltd., located at 258 Derby Place, Nanaimo, BC, V9R 6H3, is looking for a skilled and experienced permanent full-time, 40-hour-per-week Metal Roofer to help us with our construction projects.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain metal roofs, including sheets, panels, and shingles.
• Measure and cut materials to fit specific areas.
• Secure metal roofing materials to structures using screws, nails, or adhesives.
• Inspect and test roofs to ensure they are watertight and meet quality standards.
• Work from blueprints, drawings, or specifications to determine the roofing materials required.
• Safely operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Communicate with clients and team members effectively.

Requirements:
• High School education required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Remuneration:
• $29.00 per hour for 40 hours per week permanent contract
