Panago Pizza Salmon Arm is looking for two Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time position with 30-40 hours per week, $18.27/hour, with shared tips. We offer term/contract positins.
Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of Panago Pizza staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry
• Language in the workplace is English
