Hatchery Worker Duties
• Performs all duties related to egg tray up, egg transfers, chick pulling, and chick delivery in an efficient and effective manner.
• Performs general cleaning of hatchery facilities, setter rooms, hatcher rooms and equipment according to Company guidelines.
• Ensures accurate daily completion of records and statistics.
• Informs supervisor immediately of any concerns and/or problems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required skills: Position Requirements: • Ability to handle moderate physical work, lifting up to 30 – 40 lbs • Must be able to complete repetitive work and standing for extended periods of time • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure • Must be able to perform tasks with limited supervision • Proven reliability in work attendance and willingness to give best effort • Employment Status Available: Full-Time (30+ hours a week), • Start Date: As Soon As Possible
