Title of Position: 1 Production Labourer – Food Processing

Terms of employment: Full-time, year-round work

Job Duties:

• Remove filled containers from conveyors
• Pack processed foods into bags and boxes or other specified containers
• Feed and unload processing machines
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
• Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
• Measure and dump ingredients into processing machines
• Other duties and tasks as required from time to time.

Wages: $17.00/hr. for 40 hrs./week
Location of work: Surrey, BC
Language: Ability to understand instructions in English

Job Requirements:
• Experience not required but will train the right candidate
• Secondary education is an asset
