Job Description

Over The Coals Restaurant Ltd. is looking for two Restaurant Supervisors to join the team as soon as possible. This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $15.00 /hour, with health benefits.

Duties include:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare,
portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal
preparation
• Establish work schedules
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• If needed, perform duties of workers supervised
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check assembly of trays

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certifcate
