Required skills: Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a program for administrative assistants or secretaries OR at least one year of working experience in clerical or a related field is required.
Additional skills / Assets: Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring adherence to objectives and achieving desired outcomes. Precisely capture and prepare detailed minutes for meetings. Analyze and establish effective office procedures and routines. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments. Oversee the management of contracts, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with terms and deadlines. Promptly and professionally address incoming calls and maintain efficient telephone communication. Provide timely and accurate responses to electronic inquiries. Take charge of office supplies, orders, and inventory management. Arrange comprehensive travel plans, itineraries, and reservations. Efficiently manage the intake, distribution, and coordination of both physical and electronic incoming mail and materials. Type, edit, and proofread various documents, and conduct accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
