Position: Cook
Position Available: 1
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Vacation: 4% of gross salary
Work Location: 754 Pandora Ave, Victoria, BC V8W 3K1
Benefit: Extended health care and dental care benefit after six months

Main Duties:
 Prepare and cook complete meals and dishes
 Plan menu, determine the size of food portions and estimate food costs and requirements
 Maintain and ensure sanitation standards throughout the kitchen to comply with Provincial regulations
 Ensures food quality in presentation and production
 Clean kitchen and work area
 Assist other cooks and perform related work as required

Requirements:
 Completion of Secondary School
 Minimum 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience
 English is required
