Nortera is currently looking for highly motivated, energetic team members to join us as Seasonal Full-time General Labourers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best possible product is being packaged and shipped out to various consumers. Your qualifications and assets will be put to use in order to ensure all machinery is running efficiently to meet target goals.

• Inspecting finished product as per consumer standards.
• Load and remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them on moving
equipment such as conveyors or in specified areas.
• Good hand/eye coordination to ensure that any foreign material is removed before further
processing.
• Loading boxes onto skids to be shipped out to customers.
• Following SOP’s and adhering to GMP’s.
• Working closely with others as a part of a strong production team.
• Following work instructions given by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in loud/noisy environment that is in hot and damp climates including
steam.
• Flexible work schedule to work 12 hour continental shift rotation and open to on-call shifts
including over-time.
• Must be able to meet minimum dexterity requirements of this position: bending, twisting,
reaching, lifting, crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, sitting, etc.
• This position is suggested to be a medium to heavy lifting capability role: approx. 5-25kg (11-
55lbs).
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to do inspection of vegetable products as well as be near vibrations for long
periods of time.
• Hourly wage is $17.69 – $22.59/Hour (Depending on prior experience and qualifications).
