Competitive salary $18.00 per hour

YOUR DAILY ROLE:
Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
Remove filled containers from conveyors
Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
Feed and unload processing machines
Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
Clean and sanitize machines and immediate work areas regularly to HACCP and Food Safety specifications

YOUR PROFILE:
Ability to work up to 12 hours per day including days, afternoons, nights and weekends
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights in all weather conditions
Quality conscious mindset and good attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team and promote a positive work environment

Required skills: Maintain the cleanliness of your work area and perform tasks within safety standards to ensure all processing equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly to HACCP and Food Safety specifications Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout plant and warehouse manually, or with powered equipment Feed and unload vegetables and associated products into machines Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags, boxes or other containers Check products and packaging for basic quality defects Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties. Communicate effectively to contribute to a positive work environment through effective team relations
