Memphis Blues Barbeque House & Catering Co. is looking for two (2) Full-Time Cooks (NOC 63200-3)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $17.40/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods as per Memphis Blues menu
• Assist in training and supervising kitchen helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Estimate food requirements and costs
• Monitor and order supplies.
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience in food and beverage is an asset.
• Language in the workplace is English
