Experience: 2 years of experience in related industry OR a college program in food service, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline

Job Description:

– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Prepare food order summaries according to requests from customers
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
– Ensure that food and service meet the standards
– Other supervisory duties as directed by the Management
