Required skills: • Establish work schedules • Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant’s food service function. • Supervise and check assembly of trays • Maintains food storage level and report when its low. • Prepare food order summaries for chef • Prepare and submit reports • Maintain records of stock, repairs, Sales, and wastage • Ensures quality standards for food are followed • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
