Job Description

Wage and hours: 26.20 to 27.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 37.5 hours per Week

Responsibilities:

1. Implement new administrative procedures tailored to enhance efficiency in handling client economic and business immigration cases.

2. Review and evaluate new administrative procedures related to managing immigrant investor programs, ensuring they meet legal and client needs.

3. Delegate work to office support staff.

4. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

5. Carry out administrative activities of establishment.

6. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.

7. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, new immigrants relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, investment management, etc.

8. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

9. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.

10. Accurately enter data related to clients profiles and compliance documentation.

11. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

12. Resolve conflict situations.

13. Commission systems and components.

14. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative strategies and client services in the context of immigration consulting..

15. Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure fiscal health and the ability to invest in necessary resources for immigration services.
