Kelowna Flooring Superstore is looking for a Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC 6211-B)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $20.00 to $21.00/hour, with commission.

Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
• Prepare quotes and building measurements for customers
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Shipping and receiving specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, with supervisory experience
• Minimum completion of high school required
• Completion of a business certificate/diploma is an asset
• Knowledge in flooring is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
