Israelson Forage Inc. located at SE 25-31-1 W5, Didsbury, AB is seeking a Farm Foreman for Harvest and Seeding, full-time, year round position. English speaking workplace. Rural area.

Wage: $21.00/hour
Wage increase upon performance review after three months and periodically thereafter
Education : Basic
Experience: 1-2 years
Accommodation: Will help locate

Duties:
Operate modern farm equipment
Maintenance and upkeep of farm equipment
Run equipment while managing other workers
Diagnosing and repair of equipment
Knowledge of crops, rotations, weed control and herbicides
Class #1 or ability to obtain
Seeding and harvest maintenance during winter months
Planning and organizing for the crop year with owner
Finding and interviewing seasonal employees
Some livestock experience for minimal work with beef cattle but willing to train (winter months)
Reliable, punctual and responsible.
