Innova Contracting Ltd. located at 22121 92A Ave, NW, Edmonton AB T5T 7P2 is seeking five(5) dedicated and skilled Construction Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and experience in various construction tasks. This position involves working on a variety of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all safety regulations. English speaking workplace.

Wage: $22.50/hour
Benefits: Heath and dental after three month probation
Experience: 1-2 years construction experience
Education: Basic

Responsibilities:
-Assist in the construction and renovation of residential and commercial buildings.
-Perform tasks such as placing and finishing concrete, doing concrete formwork, tying rebar, chipping, and grinding, and performing other construction-related duties.
-Operate and maintain various construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
-Follow blueprints, drawings, and other project specifications to accurately complete assigned tasks.
-Ensure job site cleanliness and organization to promote safety and efficiency.
-Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project success.
-Adhere to all safety regulations and practices on the worksite, including the use of personal protective equipment.
-Report any safety hazards or incidents to the site supervisor immediately.
-Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed.
-Conduct final inspections and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications:
-previous experience of concrete framework
-previous experience in construction or a related field preferred.
-knowledge of construction methods, materials and tools.
-bi-lingual
-strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

Working conditions:
-ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
-may require working at heights and in confined spaces.
-potential exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous materials
