Job Description:
– Position: Business Management Consultant

– Wage: $41.03 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration and Extended health benefit will be provided.

Job Duties:
– Evaluate and offer guidance on the managerial methods and organization of a public or private sector establishment.
– Research to evaluate the efficiency of managerial strategies and initiatives.
– Assess and suggest enhancements to methods, systems, and procedures in areas such as operations, human resources, records management, and communications.
– Provide advisory services to business regarding regulatory policies and procedures, ensure internal compliance, and prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of a bachelor’s degree or college diploma is required.
– Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a business management consultant is required.
