Benefit: 15 days paid vacation or 5.77% vacation fee remuneration

*Job Duties*
– Greet guests arriving and assign rooms.
– Maintain and track vacant rooms and reserved rooms.
– Respond to inquiries about hotel services and check-in processes by telephone, email and in-person.
– Address guests’ concern and complaints.
– Verify and maintain accurate records of daily transactions, guest accounts, and financial documents, utilizing both computerized and manual systems.

*Job Requirement*
– Education: Completion of high school is required
– Experience: No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. Experience in a similar occupation will be an asset.
