Hoang Gia Vietnamese Cuisine is looking for 3 (three) Full-Time Line Cooks (NOC 6322-B) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $15.50/hour.
Job Description :
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to Hoang Gia Vietnamese Cuisine standards
• Prepare and cook Vietnamese and Japanese meals
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 6-12 months experience as a Cook or Kitchen Helper OR post-secondary education in culinary arts or related.
• Experience in Asian cuisine highly preferred.
• Language in the workplace is English – ESL level is ok
