Hanayuki Restaurant Inc. is looking for Cooks!

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Employer: Hanayuki Restaurant Inc. dba Hanayuki Sushi
-Position: Cook
-Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
-Working Hour: 30-40 Hours per week
-Wage: $17.62 per hour
-Benefit: 4% Vacation remuneration pay OR 10 days paid vacation
-Business Address: 100 – 221 Loco Road, Port Moody, BC V3H 4H2
-Work Location: Same as above

JOB DUTIES
– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hot food such as udon, tempura, donburi and etc.
– Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food such as vegetable, noodle for udon, shrimp, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking.
