The Hanami group of restaurants brings a taste of Vancouver’s Asian-influenced dining experiences to YVR. Now we are looking for a Shift Manager to join our great team.

1. Job Description
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Prepare and submit reports
• Address customer’s complaints and concerns

2. Requirements
• Completion of secondary school
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (English proficiency)
• Superior organizational skills
• Able to work flexible days and hours

• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30hours/w)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $20.10 per hour
