Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.
Group insurance benefits will be provided and a 10% discount after 3 months of probation period.

Job Duties:
• Supervise, schedule and co-ordinate activities for sales staff and cashiers.
• Resolve work-related problems that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise under the store refund policy.
• Train new staff and assign their duties to monitor their performance in the grocery department.
• Prepare electronic reports to record sales figures and merchandising for data analysis and planning.
• Maintain inventory, order merchandise, and ensure items are in stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness, monitor shelves stocks, product display, and general appearance of the store.

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is required.
Language: English
